What personal data we collect and why we collect it


When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymizsed string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: (This cover all our sites). After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.


If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact Names are stored until requested to delete, although we buy data and if your listed you details may get back onto the system.

Voice recording are recorded online for 1 years

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Course paperwork may sometime go through a regulator, although its not stored by the third party.

We do not sell or give away your contact details without permission. Sometimes customer are confused as we may say we are from another company but they will all be part of the Baglietto Group

How we protect your data

We are using SSL on our website again check the URL for the padlock icon before submitting any information. All invoice go through and all payments should be going through our portal. If your unsure give us a call so we can check as third party processing does change.

What data breach procedures we have in place

As soon as we are aware of a data breach we will make this aware by placing the information on our website and contact all those that may be effected. As an investigation is carried out we will update the progress online, the email will provide a link to the data breach notice.
